Temperature & Inspections

Following a site survey, ideally undertaken prior to the contract commencing, all water assets are recorded and data uploaded into the Safewater Monitoring and SchedulerM Reporting System. The programme will be designed to ensure compliance to the HSG274 Part 2 technical guidance.

Phase Technology technicians will visit the site as applicable inline with the contract and written scheme of control to undertake the monitoring tasks which may include:

• Weekly low use outlet flushing
• Monthly Sentinel Outlet temperature monitoring
• Monthly Calorifiers temperatures
• Tank Inspections
• Calorifier inspections
• Annual Outlet temperature monitoring

Phase Technology can undertake all or any of the monitoring and inspections that are required for the premises and provide support to clients who wish to undertake some of the tasks.
